This is how we get your writing done

Onboarding
The process begins with a free 30-minute discovery call for strategy clients only, where we discuss your needs and goals. We’ll then go over the project specifics, including payment, timelines, workflows, and milestones. Based on our discussion, I’ll send you a proposal to review, ask questions about, and approve. Once approved, we’ll sign a contract, and you’ll make the required deposit before we officially kick off the project. Throughout the process, you’ll receive regular updates via email, Slack, or Zoom to keep you informed of our progress.
Strategy
We’ll start with a quick call to assess where you are in your content journey and understand your current needs. From there, we’ll map out the next steps, which may include a content audit or competitive research analysis, depending on your goals. Once we’ve established a clear direction, we’ll schedule the next set of deliverables and officially kick off the project. To keep things on track and ensure continuous progress, we’ll also hold regular check-ins every two months to review results, discuss challenges, and align on next steps.
Writing
At the beginning of each month, you’ll send a detailed content brief outlining your requirements and expectations. I’ll review the brief and reach out with any questions or clarifications before proceeding. Next, I’ll incorporate your suggestions and feedback, send out quote requests where necessary, and prepare an outline based on the insights gathered. You’ll then review the outline and share any suggestions before I begin working on the first draft. The completed draft will be submitted by the agreed deadline or within five working days of the project start date.
